DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

You don’t have to register to make your purchase. But, you will have to provide the following information: name, surname(s), email, phone number and address.

HOW CAN I CHECK THAT MY PURCHASE HAS GONE THROUGH CORRECTLY?

We always send an email to confirm that the purchase has gone through correctly. 

If you don’t receive these communications, send us an email to [email protected] . We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the incident.

WHICH IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

For the moment we only accept transfer payment.

I HAVE PROBLEMS TO FINISH MY TRANSFER PAYMENT

The purchase process on our webpage is very easy. First of all you need to fill in all the billing information. 

Then, it will redirect you to the payment page, where you will have to choose transfer payment. Currently we do not have any other payment method. 

By choosing the transfer method, it will appear a message indicating our order number, which you must use as the subject of payment. Your order will not be completed until we receive your payment. 

We will provide you with the information about your order and our bank details. To finish your order you will receive an email confirmation. 

The last step is to enter your bank's app and make the transfer (this process may vary depending on each bank). It is usually a simple process:

  1. Enter your online bank.
  2. Once inside, select the option "transfers" in the menu.
  3. Fill in the fields with the Carola Morena Luxury account number, the price amount, enter your order number as a concept and the name of the beneficiary, in this case Carola Morena Luxury.
  4. Sign the operation. Banks have different ways to sign transactions, from sending a password by SMS to our mobile phone to using a coordinate card.

The delivery period is guaranteed in less than 30 days, although, as far as possible, the buyer will be informed of the specific term if it is provided by the supplier once the order has been placed. This will take place as long as the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the full payment of the order has been verified.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING COSTS?

The prices of the products do not include shipping costs or complementary services, and will be recalculated at the time of saving the shopping cart, since they are calculated by the delivery address.

The photographs shown on the website are accurate depictions of the products. But, it’s important to remember that these are high-quality photographs that aim to show every detail of each piece. Sometimes, the customer may find differences in products where the raw materials used and the manufacturing process influence the final result. Like, for instance, products made using artisanal methods. On occasion, there may be differences in the colours and details, depending on the monitor you use to view our website. 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

All our products have the legal guarantee of 2 years, with the conditions that you can consult in the section Conditions of Sale and Contracting of our website.
 

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY

We leave you some small tips for the maintenance and care of your jewelry. 

Clean your jewelry after wearing it with a soft cloth and store it in separate bags so they don't damage each other. 

Avoid contact with chemical products such as cleaning products, perfumes, creams ... Continuous exposure with these types of products can deteriorate your jewelry.

You must protect your jewelry from moisture. Contact with the water in the pool, the sea and the shower will end up deteriorating your jewelry. 

Do not play sports with your jewelry, they could be damaged.

You can apply approved products to shine your gold pieces. To do this, use a special cloth for it.

For gold or silver jewelry, the thickness of the layer that covers the piece must be taken into account. The thicker the layer, the higher the quality of the part, and the greater the protection of this. The pH of the skin, sweat and continuous use of the piece will make the gold, rose gold or silver go away. 

For silver jewelry we have to take into account that they lose their shine much faster than gold. You can clean it by preparing a scoop of boiling water and bicarbonate. Clean with a soft cloth and dry it well so that it does not mist.
